Fantastic service! Nova guided me through buying my first buy to let property and really made me feel at ease throughout the process. Kaz Topham was my client adviser during the process and was fantastic. Kaz and the rest of the team clearly explained and advised through each step making a big and somewhat daunting task far more manageable. All their advise was in line with the research I had done into property investing as well as providing far more in depth information. I contacted Nova Financial in search of assistance for investing in property. I had done preliminary research into the property market my self and was aiming to venture into it without assistance. I then had an initial meeting with Joseph Hegarty (My dedicated client advisory) which latest 2 hours and deep dived into my goals, situation and where they thought they could offer help. I was presented with the range of services they offer and shown the excellent team they have working with them showing off the wealth of experience they have accumulated on the UK property market as a whole. I soon realised that investing into the property market without the utilisation of their knowledge would be a much greater and unnecessary risk and one i didn't want to take.Two follow up meetings took place with members of their advisory board alongside Joe, in which they talked me through recommendations of properties backed by myriad data. I was incredibly impressed not just by the knowledge and professionalism they showed but also that they really genuinely seemed to care about the future of my portfolio and wanted to sustain an ongoing relationship for years to come in order to help me reach my goals. I first met Nova in a landlord show event in North London. Saw Paul Mahoney present and I could see that he’s passionate about properties and how it can help people achieve financial independence through it. We booked a meeting with them in their office close to Moorgate station in London.We met Saeid who was very professional. He listened to our needs and requirements without prejudice. After the meeting, every time I would call or text he would get back to me. I never had to follow-up. Things were very organised.On the second meeting we met Sam and Stefan alongside Saeid. They were all professional and competent in their recommendations. They answered all questions thoroughly and they really know what they’re talking about. As someone who works long hours, I was put off the property game with all the searching, dealing and hassle that comes with a mortgage, purchase of a property and subsequent letting. It was to my mind a very wild shot in the dark when i decided to give Nova Financial my details. Needless to say, they have been superb in every facet and have allowed me to live my "very busy day life" with close to no hindrance, whilst they dealt with the remortgage of a property I already owned to finance another buy to let. I will not lie in saying it took a little time for completion to take place, but that is normal, especially when Nova made sure the conveyancing was done down to the finest detail. They gave me a variety of options and we found a way forward that best suited me, both in terms of the short run revenue concerns, as well as long term capital growth issues. Paul Mahoney was on hand Monday through till Sunday. Dusk till dawn, even getting in contact when on a short holiday to Portugal. It was this dedication that really impressed me and is the reason I will use them again when (not if) the time calls again in the future. I cannot recommend them enough given my highly positive experience in what can be a very head spinning and daunting market. More...
