I came to Norfolk on holiday last month and ended up with severe back pain. I could hardly move, wasn't walking properly and found lying down and coughing extremely painful.

I was delighted with the treatment I got from Louise who got me back moving around well after only one treatment and further eased my remaining discomfort on my second visit.

The relief was amazing. I am so grateful and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone in pain. She has a caring and professional approach which is very reassuring and keeps you informed throughout.

I have Joint Hypermobility Syndrome and went along with very sore hip and wrist and very tight shoulder and neck. Louise evaluated me and decided on a course of treatment. After one treatment my wrist was pain free and mobile again. I had three treatments in total and my hip is now pain free and my neck and shoulder are much looser. I have been receiving treatment from Louise at North Norfolk Osteopaths for pain in my feet and lower back as a result of my recent pregnancy. Top-notch!My experience at North Norfolk Osteopaths has been life changing, I have suffered for years with a bad back and legs but after seeing Louise just a few times this has all changed, I wish I had been years ago. I had a treatment from Louise at North Norfolk Ostopaths when I was 19 weeks pregnant. I was struggling with anxiety about the pregnancy and being able to switch off and relax. After the treatment I felt so much better. She also introduced me to stretches I could do to relieve any discomfort and tightness is my lower back during pregnancy. I would highly recommend this treatment to expecting mums, as it's a bit of me time and helps you feel balanced again, if like me you were struggling with relaxation. I went to see Louise a few weeks ago after a work related neck injury, I'm a Dental Hygienist and often have lower back and neck/ shoulder problems. Louise was very professional and friendly and put me at ease, the treatment was very good but without being painful. I initially presented to the North Norfolk Osteopath's Group with advanced disc degeneration in both my cervical and lumbar spine. The extreme peripheral nerve pain had rendered my right arm useless for in excess of two months, when I had my first treatment. After just 3 sessions, I was able to ditch the arm sling and resume normal activities again. While, chronic pain will always be a symptom of the degeneration, my osteopath has 'enabled' me through not only direct treatment, but by teaching me specific exercises, which I can also treat myself with and increase my mobility. I saw Louise at North Norfolk Osteopaths for my neck and arm pain. Before I saw Louise I was struggling to work and needing to take pain killers regularly.
