Appointment was arranged with Vlad by telephone for the following day. He turned up promptly and wasted no time in getting to grips with two staircases (one of which was quite grubby with coffee spills and foot-marks) and landings. His approach was courteous and intelligent, his charges were reasonable and he has done a fantastic job. I was surprised and delighted to find the carpets look almost new.
