HUGE fan of Nirvana Gym!!! Was able to really notice a difference in my flexibility, strength and see results after just a couple of weeks. Beautiful atmosphere/design of the studio, amazing teachers that really know your needs and will give you the personal attention you need during class, and the best way to start your day! After driving past Nirvana Gym for the past 3 years I decided to actually try some of their classes! My first class was the Saturday morning Resorative Yoga class- I didn't know what to expect but I absolutely LOVED it. It was not a flowy yoga class like many others you attend, and I left feeling so at peace with myself. It was something I didn't even know I needed. I've also tried the Vinyasa Flow class with Megan and loved it as well. Very different from the Restorative Yoga class and I loved it just the same. The atmosphere when you walk in to Nirvana Gym is very peaceful and welcoming. All of the teachers, and Pree have been so accepting & friendly, it makes you want to come back again and again. The classes I've attended so far are nothing like classes I've been to in the past, if a great way- they include meditation in their sessions, which I believe helps you get even more out of your practice. What a gem to have in Pflugerville- I'll definitely keep coming back! More...

My experience with Nirvana Gym was exactly what I needed at the right time. The combination of the HIIT, yoga, and meditation is perfection. I seriously started feeling the best I felt in a long time. I started at Nirvana in late July 2018, I went through the “Evolve” program. After the 45 days, I was motivated and confident I could reach my goals. I was gaining knowledge and resources about nutrition and health through Pree’s homework. I took all the knowledge from Pree’s guidance and made my goals happen at home. I reached my crazy there’s no way I could lose that much weight goal by getting healthy and letting the weight come off. I honestly cannot say enough great things about Pree and Nirvana Gym. The first time my wife and I went in for orientation, we received the warmest welcome from Pree. He talked us through orientation and then proceeded to spend the next few hours getting to know us and understand what our goals were for achieving health and wellness in our lives. What I appreciate most was how Pree provided unwavering support and constantly showcased his dedication towards ensuring that we realize the goals we set. Because of this - we did. Being a part of Nirvana Gym radically improved our lives to the point where being more fit was just a pleasant side-effect. What we gained from Nirvana Gym was the method and knowledge necessary to generate wellness in our lives. We learned balance through the use of yoga, meditation, and the various resources that were recommended to us. We also learned how to push through exercise, eat right, and rest well in order have the energy and ability to take on life. We simply could not have chosen a better gym. A few months back, my Wife and I had to move away and we truly miss being a part of this gym. Nevertheless, we carry on each day equipped with everything we gained from our time spent at Nirvana Gym. If you are somebody who is looking for the right gym, I encourage you to spend as much time in this space as you possibly can. This place is the boooomb diggity. It's where I start every day of my week, and it's awesome. HIIT + Yoga + meditation - I never expected to find one place where I could fit all three of these things, which were all on my list of things to incorporate into my life more, into a single hour. Also, the restorative yoga class is one of my most favorite things ever. If you don't like big, crowded gyms full of strangers and terrible music, or large overcrowded yoga classes that move too fast, Nirvana is the place for you. The most valuable part of it is the individual attention you get - Pree is great at remembering every member's specific needs & concerns, and teaching them how to target their workouts appropriately. The staff at Nirvana gym is welcoming and possesses a genuine sense of peace that radiates to yogis as they walk into the studio. You feel an immediate sense of calmness upon entering the studio. The staff is welcoming, encouraging, and attentive to everyone that comes through their doors at all levels of yoga. I enjoy the classes because the instructors encourage you to do as little or as much as you can and strive to improve every time you practice. I especially enjoy the fact that the instructors focus on making sure you are doing the postures correctly and not just getting through them and on to the next one; this helps prevent injuries. Although I have only attended a few classes there, I feel as though I have progressed well and faster than at previous studios that I attended. I feel better and able to take on life after every class (not tired); its refreshing and thus I highly recommend nirvana Gym to anyone who is interested in starting or continuing their yoga journey. I can’t say enough about Nirvana Gym. Where else can you find a gym that offers strength training, cardio, yoga, and meditation all in one class I was nervous about going at first because my husband and I had been to so many gyms that pushed us past our capabilities. But that wasn’t the case with Nirvana Gym! When my husband and I first started going to classes, I wasn’t able to do much activity because of a fractured spine. But Pree worked with me so that I could still get a workout at my level. And as my ability increased, Pree increased the difficulty of my workouts. I am now able to perform all sorts of activities, both at home and the gym, and my back pain has decreased significantly!! I couldn’t have done this without Pree and Nirvana Gym. Nirvana is way more than a gym. The program focuses on circuit training that combines boxing and weights as well as yoga, meditation, and deep breathing all in one hour. The instructors focus on customizing the workout based on the needs of the individual. I am disabled but through this approach I have found a way to exercise with the encouragement of the instructors and the community of folks I am meeting. I wish I had found this gym sooner! Nirvana Gym is a perfect fit for me. Back in January 2018 I wanted to be do some working out to stay in shape, stay healthy, and have an outlet to relieve stress from my job. Then my husband found this gym on a whim back in at the beginning of January and we have been going ever since we had our consultation. I have worked with Pree mainly and have nothing but praise for his ability to challenge, motivate, encourage, and support me in my fitness journey! I first did the 5 day trail, committed to the 45 day Evolve program, I have now recent graduation and have now chosen the monthly membership. I go 5 times a week which hurt at first but my body got used to it and it quickly just became part of my workweek routine. Pree has been a great trainer and mentor to me and the other attendees at my usual class time. I also love having the Sunday Yoga class available in case I miss a day during the week. Teresa is a wonderful Yoga instructor as well and is really good at explicitly explaining and walking through the steps of new yoga poses and stretches. I love the sense of community and peace that is at Nirvana GYM and I would recommend anyone to come try it out for yourself 110%! More...

This is a phenomenal staff. I created a great connection with the instructors. They make you feel cared for and valued. For the short period I was there I got helped out immensely on mentality, posture, meditation, yoga, flexibility and strength exercises.

I am a lifelong fitness and sports enthusiast. I had not ever taken yoga until two weeks ago, however. Emily was the instructor and had exactly the kind of approach that appealed to me as a yoga newbie. I was put at ease in a group setting and did not feel any pressure to perform. While enhanced flexibility is a hoped for longer term result, I immediately felt the benefit of an improved ability to be present during the session and the lingering benefit of being relaxed and in an improved state of mind afterward. Amol came to consult at my workplace and our 1 on 1 meeting was a total success! I wasn't expecting to get so much out of 15 minutes, but when I told him I was vegan and experiencing brain fog and forgetfulness he immediately knew to recommend a DHA supplement. Amol very thoroughly explained all Omega fatty acids and why DHA is so important. A few weeks after taking an algae-derived DHA, my brain function and memory are back to normal! I really do love Nirvana GYM. I had inquired about a personal trainer for my son. After talking to Pree I also joined the program. We started on March 1st 2017. It has change our lives for the better. We are more conscious of what we eat. We deal with our stress is so much better. The yoga is so empowering. Working out with other people that are going though the same struggles helps out a lot. Since the classes are small, it is more personal. We keep each other motivated. I must say in all sincerity that this wouldn't of been possible for my son and I with out Pree. He is one in a million. He is the kind of person who truly cares for people. He helps to keep us motivated and on track. I can't say enough about what a pleasure it is to work with Pree. I don't ever write reviews but on this I felt I had to try. It takes a lot to make someone as restless as myself to believe that it's possible to stay rested and just enjoy breathing. This idea makes me come back to this class every time. I look forward to meditation classes and love my classmates. It's such a break to sit, meditate and just talk at an intellectual level which is so difficult otherwise with our busy lives. I am a runner and I was advised to do yoga. I was pretty skeptical at first about yoga until I visited first time Yoga for Health class with Bharath at Riata. Bharath is a great yoga instructor. He always asks about injuries or anything else that might be bothering in your body and than he dedicated special attention to that part. I see great improvement in my running. I tried the meditation class followed by the yoga class on Saturday morning, and I absolutely loved it. Since you enter the room you feel the warm welcome of the instructor and group. Bharath, the teacher, was super knowledgeable and kind. After the class I felt calm, connected with my body, and healed. Nirvana is great. It's a place where you can feel open as they really care for your well being and provide guidance and tools to positive change. I took Pree's yoga and meditation classes which left me with a desire to continue both practices. Pree is a very smart, well rounded understanding person who is great at what he does. I have been working with Amol for about a month now. Initially we focused solely on nutrition. He is very knowledgeable about how to best take care of the body and recognizes that there are different body types. He also understands cravings and how to get them under control. In three weeks I've already lost 10 pounds and most of that came from making the changes that he suggested! (I hurt my knee which prevented me from working out for about a week and a half so that's how I know the weight loss came from better food choices). Last week I did a training session with him and it was killer - but in the best way. I told him that in that session I wanted to target my lower body and he created a workout that worked every muscle. While working out, he pushes you to work hard without being a drill sergeant. He also is very attentive and realizes when adjustments to intensity need to be made. Afterwards I left feeling great because I got to see just how strong I am and knew that I had done a solid workout. The best thing about Nirvana GYM is that they aren't after your money. Their number one priority is helping you become the best version of yourself. They're very flexible, personable, accommodating and super encouraging and I would highly recommend them to anyone! These instructors made me feel welcomed and comfortable from the first minute I met them. It only took one mindful meditation class for me to get a recurring membership with them. The atmosphere and energy in the classes is positive and enlightening, and the classes are so well-rounded in their workouts whether it is yoga or the very dynamic Nirvanic Workout class. I am your typical gym rat so attending to a yoga class was out the question till Pree inviting me to one of his lessons that he teach. I Tought it was gonna be just okay but i ended up liking it a lot, i see i lot of room where i can improve my lifts by attending his yoga lessons which i will diffinitely attend in the future. I've been working out with Pree since October and I couldn't be more pleased with my transformation. I was pretty discouraged since the previous trainers I had just didn't meet my expectations. After one session, I knew immediately we were a great fit. Pree is very attentive, intelligent, creates fun and challenging workouts, and he provides stellar customer service. He's always available to answer questions and address any concerns. Nirvana GYM philosophy is unlike any other gym experience I've ever had. Most places, you push yourself to go, knock out your workout, then head home. At Nirvana GYM, they've created a sense of community and encourage members to connect and workout as a team. They make working out FUN! I particularly like the Nirvanic workout. It's a series of stations working cardio and strength training, followed by yoga and then meditation. I had done yoga before meeting Pree, but now I practice and crave it! I had never meditated either and now I sit quietly every morning and, on occasion, in the evenings, as well. I'm incredibly thankful Pree and the team at Nirvana GYM crossed my path. I'm balanced, more enlightened, and the transformation has certainly flowed into my work life. I'm a bit of a workaholic and I didn't realize how much I needed more balance. I'm happy, I'm calm, I have more clarity, more compassion, I live more in the present, I deal with life stressers with more ease and I'm able to bounce back from set backs quickly.
