The best part of my job is using my expertise to help other achieve there fitness/health goals.

I was a structural engineer for 9 years working all around the country on power stations and refinerys. From the a young age I started training and through working around the country I trained in many gyms over the years where I developed my passion for training. I then decided to become a PT and move to London to follow my dreams.
