I really can not recommend Nicola highly enough. I was soo fortunate to have won a pet portrait and I think this will always rate as our best win ever. My first thoughts on seeing her work was that she must have met her subjects as they look so - 'personal' but amazingly not the case. My young Springer is a lively girl and I feel I am never able to capture her warmth in a photo as she tends to look a little 'wild' nothing wrong with this but not my first choice for a framed memory. Nicola has totally produced the love and kindness of my girl. It has taken me a few days to write this review as now we have our picture it is simple hard to believe it is really ours. A wonderful lady to work with, nothing too much trouble and the joy of being able to watch and share progress has added to the pleasure of our win. Thanks a million Nicola xx More...

I now finally feel it's the right time to say...
Just how blown away we all were with the final portrait of Barney, he was a very good friend of mines spaniel, who sadly went to heaven last November. .Nicola has excelled herself with completing his portrait, this handsome gentle giant was a truely special boy..many tears of joy and sadness were shed upon me giving his portrait as a gift to his owner....you are truly an incredible artist , who I can't recommend enought, brilliantly captured his soul and character on paper...as I say...brought him back to life just one more time, that will last forever...

I commissioned a picture of my friends' three cats for a xmas present and the final version was stunning and gratefully received.

Nothing was too much trouble for Nicola who kept me informed of the progress and supplied me with photos as the picture came to life.

I'm also been lucky enough that my friends then commissioned a picture of my dog, who has sadly passed away, for me. The likeness and his character is amazing and hangs proudly on my wall. The perfect reminder of a much loved and much missed dog.

I booked a commission to be done of my dog Milo. Sadly he passed away not long after booking in so I really wanted the picture to be a tribute to him. I’m so incredibly happy with it & feel very emotional when I look at the drawing as Nicola has truly captured him. It’s the most beautiful tribute to my amazing little dog & I will forever be eternally grateful to Nicola for creating such a beautiful drawing of him. Nicola is an amazing artist and an lovely person, we are over the moon with the portraits of our Golden and Flatcoated Retrievers, nothing is too much trouble and she updated us with progress reports on an almost daily basis, would highly recommend and will ask her to do other portraits in the future.
