My 30 min sessions are really popular and generally consist of 5 rounds and each round consisting of 5 x 45sec/1min exercises.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Buy keeping things fun and varied, I can also keep track of your body measurements etc
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Consistancy, keep it up and you WILL see results! Make small easy changes to your diet initially and make good food and exercise part of your life. Small steps are better than no steps at all!
What do you love most about your job?
Making people feel better about themselves, mentally and physically !!
What inspired you to start your own business?
My own personal mental health battles, I have suffered with anxiety for many years since the birth of my first daughter, exercise has helped this no end and I feel so passionate about its positive effects that I love to pass this on and help other people.
