I am a mobile personal trainer who enjoys helping people to become healthier and fitter through regular exercise. I offer 30min and 1 hour sessions.
My 30 min sessions are really popular and generally consist of 5 rounds and each round consisting of 5 x 45sec/1min exercises. I like to vary things quite a bit so you don't get bored but also use similar exercises so you can see progression. I also include a cool down with stretching at the end of the session.
