About Me
I am a fully qualified BACP registered integrative counsellor who works with adults, couples, young people and children. As well as my private practice in Sudbury Suffolk I have also worked as Child and Family Practitioner for a charity organisation counselling young children and women who are survivors of sexual violence and abuse.

What do you love most about your job?
I am passionate about supporting people to overcome blocks to recovery from personal issues and mental distress. Seeing my clients personal development and growth is one of the most rewarding things I have ever experienced. It is a privilege to be in a position to work with people in this way and I learn so much from each an every client as I walk beside them on their journeys.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Working in private practice allows me the freedom to offer clients the therapy which best suits their needs. This is why I decided to start up Nicky Harbridge Counselling and Psychotherapy. Clients are able to work at their own pace in a way ehich suits their unique needs. Being self employed also gives me the freedom to work on my own personal and professional development so that I can offer clients the very best service possible.
