Amazing service stayed in contact all the way through the process and even got me more money than I was quoted in the beginning if I have to say something negative it's that I prefer email rather than letters and due to their policies and procedures they send everything through the post rather than email however this is just a personal issue

Handle my husbands case really well, Can't fault them. As we expected it to take a few years due to the type of case, it was handled in around a year. He got updates although they weren't weekly as its impossible for them to update when they have no news on how's things are going. He had news when things were slow and when things were moving.Although he had updates from different people it didn't matter. In the end they gave him the best advise to go for a higher amount and although it was declined they still believed he was entitled to more then there low offer. I can say that Dominic turner who is the legal executive dealing with a medical neglect case on my family’s behalf has been very professional and kept me updated on every step so far as it is a complex case I don’t expect it to be quick in the time it takes to be sorted but I’m really pleased so far I could of gone with other firms slater and Gordon/ or Jeffries but new law was willing to deal with the local authorities as the others would only deal with the nurses/carers for me I would highly recommend them as every thing has been spot on every step of the way .
