Being able to help and assist people in making lifestyle changes which have impacted on their day to day living.
What inspired you to start your own business?
To have the freedom to work in collaboration with people in a way that is most advantageous and beneficial for them.

I am a warm, caring and down to earth person, whilst being professional.
I have qualifications in the Person Centred approach and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and regularly attend courses to ensure that I extend my practice and keep updated.
I have also trained in a fast phobia and trauma cure (rewind technique) for psychological trauma.
