I trained and now am a lead trainer with the Neuroleadership Institute, which takes a brain based approach to coaching. I use the latest research in neuroscience to inform how to create the optimum conditions to enable the brain to do its best thinking.

What do you love most about your job?
Helping people get clarity on what they really want and how to get it.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was feeling lost and unmotivated in my job and knew I wanted more but didn't know what. I hired a coach to help me get clarity and direction. I now help others do the same.

I am down to earth and none-judgmental. I believe that you know deep down what you want and how to get there. I'm there to support you and give you the space to achieve this.
