The building a gem, I have my nails done here which is on the upper level. A beautiful And luxury feel with a "bar" that runs the length of the room where your nail technician sits behind and you in front, making you feel it's your time to enjoy, sofa's and big floor length windows, detail every where. Pire relax. And my nails always perfect!Two big chairs with cushions and throws for pedicures and feet. And if you fancy getting a group of girls together the perfect venue to have your treatments with cocktails, fizz , music, facials, pedicures, foot massage, nails... a girls dream. Louise is a lovely lady, I had Lazer treatment with her, (Hollywood) everything was explained to me in detail, Louise is very professional, punctual and friendly, the treatment was much easier than what I thought, I bought a tube of Aloe Vera which I used after the treatment and no side effects, I'm really pleased

Laser hair removal treatments w/ Louise Field xI’ve had 4 sessions of laser hair removal so far (lower leg, bikini line and underarm) and couldn’t recommend Louise Field enough. She is so patient, funny, a lovely person overall and really good at distracting you when you’re about to go crazy on the table! I’d say my skin is quite sensitive but Louise knows how to adjust the laser intensity according to personal threshold, she communicates with you throughout the process and is always really receptive to your own style/ pain and sensitivity. Regarding the results, they are just amazing. I’ve worked for the company that produces the lasers so I know quite a bit on how they’re manufactured. NCH are using Cynosure equipment (owned by a women’s health company called Hologic) and the focus is on the patient 100% - cold air shots to manage the pain/ sensitivity and really great results where hairs are literally popping out from under your skin. You’ll get a normal response/ red flare to the laser immediately after the treatment but this calms down in the subsequent hours. Aloe Vera also helps, and I’d say stay away from harsh chemicals like bath bombs/ bubbles etc as this isn’t great for your skin post treatment. I can’t believe I’ve not done this sooner, so much time saved on shaving/ waxing etc, and the salon is the best there is in my opinion. I've just had a session of laser hair removal (on my face!) with Louise.The results have been fantastic, beyond my expectations. I have had laser hair removal done before at a different location, and the difference is incredible. All being well I I am on course to having as near as possible to zero facial hair before the end of the year. I don't know how much is the machine and how much is the skill of the operator, but I believe it must be both. Louise is careful, professional, and meticulous. She takes great care in explaining the process while it's ongoing. She constantly reviews what she is doing in order to get the best results. I should add that she is kind, understanding, and encouraging. A fantastic employee and I am sure an even more fantastic human being. Laser hair removal is painful, but if you are considering it, I don't think you could do any better than Louise. I wish I could give 100 stars.The location is fantastic and fairly easy to find. This review is specifically for Louise who does the laser hair removal. If you are looking for laser hair removal then do not look any further. The machine Louise uses is magic and from the first session I saw a HUGE result and even the discolouration of my skin has improved massively. Louise is the loveliest, friendliest, most professional practitioner I have ever come across ( and I've been to quite a few places for laser hair removal). She puts you completely at ease and is always happy to explain the science behind the process. She is attentive and careful and always makes sure that the laser is doing the most for you. She really tailors the experience to ensure maximum results and is very patient if you are apprehensive of the process. Stu is the best hairdresser I have ever used. He always listens to my ideas but isn't afraid to give advice on what will work best for my hair type/face shape etc. Everyone comments how lovely my hair looks after a cut, but they still say how well the cut has held its shape even after it is due a trim! That is due to Stu's perfectionism, which in my opinion, is the best quality you can have in someone who cuts your hair!! I rate him so much I now travel to Manchester from Leeds to get my hair done. Stuart cut my hair and he was lovely. Very professional and lovely warm person. I LOVE my cut - exactly what I wanted and so happy with it. Unfortunately I live about an hour away from Manchester so this was a 1 off for me but I definitely will bare him in mind next time and would happily recommend. The only reason I have 4/5 was down to the shampoo experience the lady was very rough and the water was put on my head before warming up so it was cold first of all and I didn’t think the head massage was very good it was too firm and quick for me - sorry!
