Absolutely awful. The internet went down, which obviously happens. However they did not fix, or communicate with us to let us know what they would be doing. We were promised numerous callbacks which did not materialise. Then we were told it was due to a family 'emergency' which another member of staff knew nothing about. Even after this there was no communication. The internet is essential for the company to run. We were offered £30 as part payment of a dongle as a 'good will gesture' - there are 16 of us. The director then argued than no telecoms company could provide internet that day; which I understand. However he had had three days to sort this, or at least communicate to us there would be a significant delay and I would have arranged home working, he did neither. He also told us if we wanted reliable internet we would have to pay £250 a month more. We were told the internet we had would have been enough, otherwise we would not have signed up. As a result we have lost money and been hugely inconvenienced. Throw into the mix a history of misbilling and we are thoroughly unimpressed. More...
