We have visited many kitchen designers and we have got impressed with Net Kitchen showroom and the kitchen materials. We are very pleased that we have chosen Net Kitchen Direct.
Karan dealt us very professionally and marvels kitchen designing. Karan has provided us guidance throughout our extension work and made several visits to make sure everything goes smooth as required for the kitchen fittings etc.
Kitchen fitted by qualified kitchen fitter who were very friendly and professional.
I must say that Kitchen Designing and the level of services and consultation throughout the project was amazing.

From design to installation we cannot fault this company and the excellent customer service they provided – it was seamless and the best choice that we made. In comparison to other companies, there was no hard sales pitch, quoting of inflated prices or inexperienced staff members. Karan was very accommodating with what we wanted, made useful suggestions and gave great advice. It was apparent his technical expertise was of a high standard. He was always available to answer our many queries and readily accommodate changes to the supply and fitting dates as our build overran. He designed a modern kitchen optimising the space bearing in mind our budget but most importantly ensured it was practical for use. I am tremendously pleased with my kitchen from the quality to how magnificent it looks. A phenomenal service right from the start. I worked with AMjad who was extremely professional and patient throughout the entire process with impeccable manners. I was very particular about the design of my kitchen and with his professional input he designed a stunning kitchen for me; allowing me to take full advantage of the space in my kitchen. I never felt there was a sales pitch or any pressure. He always made sure I was happy and satisfied with the design and if there were any changes I wanted to make. He personally attended when the fitters were installing the kitchen to ensure it was all according to the design.I ordered both the kitchen and all the appliances and got it fitted by their trained fitters.I highly recommend Net Kitchens Direct!! Oh my God!! This kitchen has beat all of my expectations. The whole process from designing to end product was a seamless experience. I visited many kitchen showrooms and designers before a family member recommended Net Kitchens where I met Majid who happily designed my kitchen meeting every one of my requirements whilst keeping under my budget! Every query I had was answered. The attention to detail and focus from everyone in the team was brilliant.When installing the kitchen, the kitchen fitters kept the workspace clean. They worked efficiently and finished the job within the dedicated time frame. From start to finish, I must say that the service I received from Karan at Net Kitchens was excellent. I visited quite a few kitchen providers with a view to receiving advice and having initial plans drawn up. After visiting so many showrooms, I visited Net Kitchens on recommendation and saw Karan who, from the outset, made me feel comfortable and at ease which is something I valued as my knowledge was limited on such a large and quite overwhelming project. As Karan was also a kitchen fitter before he started at Net Kitchens, he was extremely informative and knowledgeable when it came to the building aspects of my project which was a bonus. I must have emailed and phoned Karan a gazillion times (my emails always began with ‘another quick question!) but he was always quick to answer no matter how trivial. The service was seamless when carried through to the fitting of the kitchen by his father and brother. Their attention to detail and precision was 100%, their focus and input I couldn’t fault. If, like me, you need a bit of hand holding, guidance and advice, then I would thoroughly recommend Net Kitchens hands down. If you don’t I would still highly recommend them as they were brilliant! After visiting several high street kitchen retailers my sister convinced me to go and see Net Kitchens direct. She had one of their kitchens fitted nearly 13 years ago and hand on heart it looks exactly the same as the day it was fitted. Maj was extremely accommodating and never ever made me feel pressurised into purchasing the kitchen, he was happy for me to go away and speak to my husband for however long I needed. The cost of the kitchen was competitive with what was available on the high street but Net Kitchens quality was far superior then what they were offering. The fact that the door fronts are easily changed if I get bored which I doubt highly but nevertheless it is an option and all the added extras like a space for recycling were hugely important to me. Maj designed my kitchen and gave me a few options on what would suit the layout of the available space. He was always available to talk through the designs which I changed a few times, I wasn’t the easiest of customers and Maj was very patient. The Kitchen was fitted to a very high standard and I am very pleased with the final look. I now have my dream kitchen and we are over the moon with it! We are thrilled with our new kitchen, from start to finish Maj provided his expert opinion without it feeling like a sales pitch. We decided to go with Net kitchens based on a recommendation from friends, we are so glad we did. Maj was able to understand our requirements quickly and translate this into our dream kitchen and most importantly within our budget. Maj was pro-actively tracking the ordering, delivery and installation of our kitchen without us even needing to chase. We found the whole process stress free. I have just had my kitchen designed and fitted by Net Kitchens Direct, I was fortunate enough to have been given their details by my daughter's friend, and just in the nick of time, as I was about to make the decision on which of the 4 other suppliers I had already approached, none of which I was 100% sure of but I just needed a kitchen and fast. I was bowled over the first meet I had with Karan who spent a lot of his time explaining why their kitchens were so good (quality and craftsmanship). His knowledge and customer service skills were excellent. The range of kitchens and worktops available meant i didn't have to search else where, and I was on a very tight budget but somehow I had found a company that could supply and fit a kitchen within a budget that beat all the rest, and I was getting a by far more superior quality kitchen than all the other suppliers had to offer. I was getting more for less, literally! I wanted a great kitchen but I also wanted excellent customer service and that's what I got. I always say "its not always about how you start its how you finish" but I can honestly say they have excelled in my expectations of good customer service throughout this whole process.I am so happy I used them and like all the other reviews, (I have read most of them) I would also highly recommend them and would definitely use them again. I only wish they appeared on 'Which' as I am a subscriber and I think Net Kitchens Direct would definitely be a best buy if they where featured on there.Thanks to the team at Net Kitchens Direct you were all wonderful, you all played your part in making my kitchen become a reality! A five star experience. We chose Net Kitchens Direct for the kitchen in our extension. From our first meeting with Maj it was apparent that his knowledge and experience were second to none. He helped us to design a kitchen that is not only functional but also beautiful. From the symmetrical balanced layout to the lighting around the units and the gorgeous expanse of mirrored bronze splash back. As we had builders on site they carried out the installation. However once the design was finalised Maj took over and dealt directly with the builders. Our appliances were also supplied by Maj as the prices were competitive and it saved me scouring the net. (Not high on my list of priorities at 9 months pregnant!)The mark of a great company is how they deal with any problems.
