Because I get a high percentage of clients who come from recommendations.
If clients weren't satisfied that they got what they came for they wouldn't recommend me.

For example, an email that I recently received from a client:

"Hi Neil, As promised, I have written a review for you.
"Neil was recommended to me by a family member as my daughter and I were always arguing and had been since she was old enough to express her opinions.
Family holidays/days out ended up ruined and stressful. Living together had become unpleasant.
Neil helped me to see how I DO want my family to be rather than how I DON'T want it to be...thinking positively and creating in my mind how I want my family to be when we are together.
He explained how the body and brain reacts when in stressful situations and he taught me methods to control my feelings when I felt anger and frustration.
As a family we had seen GP counsellors and private counsellors that had not provided any results but Neil's approach is different and certainly worthwhile. I would recommend Neil and, in fact, I already have!"
