Neale and his team were brilliant. They moved all of our furniture and belongings from our 2 bed house in Exeter, all the way to Cambridge. Neale was very thorough and made us feel constantly at ease, ensuring our contents were as safe as possible during transit. They went above and beyond for us, delivering all of our things to Cambridge on the same day as loading the van as well as unloading everything into storage. From the outset, the communication with Neale's Wheel's was fantastic. We got a quote promptly and Neale came round to make sure the quote was accurate. The quote was also cheaper than some of the larger removal companies. On the day, Neale and his assistant made everything easy - doing absolutely everything and taking great care with all of our belongings. My wife and I moved home using Neales wheels on 15th March 2019. I cannot give him enough praise. Neale turned up promptly on time enthusiastic and ready to go. His professionalism made us feel reassured that our property and prized possessions would be in safe hands. Neale's experience showed as he managed to get all our property into the van when it looked tight. the other side Neale was proactive in emptying the van into our new home quickly and more importantly safely. When all was in Neale was keen to help assemble items and get things where they needed to be so that we could get straight on with organising the rest.Neale made our stressful occasion of moving home a positive experience. His van is bigger than a typical moving van which was crucial meaning we could do the move in 1 trip and be out by the deadline.
