I was very excited for my first professional massage ever and since I paid 70 pounds for an hour I was pretty sure it was going to be an amazing experience. But I was wrong. In the email it stated to arrive at least 10 mins before the treatment if it's my first time to fill up all the form. So I did. But only ended up waiting for the therapist to come pick me up at the exact time that the session was supposed to start. We went to the therapy room and she gave me 3 sheets of paper to fill out. Filling all these + discussing my allergies and health + undressing and getting ready took about 15 mins. The massage itself was pleasant but she ended it 5 mins before the session was supposed to finish. So instead of a 60min massage that I paid for, I got 40 mins. massage. I didn't pay 70 pounds so the therapist can sit there watching me filling up forms which I could have easily done in the waiting room when I arrived. That is just unacceptable. I did send an email the next day talking about my experience and it took them almost two weeks to get back to me. Only trying to argue with me that on their website it says to arrive 5 mins early and not 10. I can't believe I actually had to send them a screenshot of what is stated on their email. I was offered a free product but since I came for a treatment that is just not what I'm interested in. So I'm very disappointed and will definitely never visit again. What a waste of money. More...

Great shop to come to if you want the most high end and highest quality products for your home and body! Do a huge range of products from creams to home sprays and even oils! This was the first time I had been in here so will definitely be going back for some more. However the prices are extremely high so I would only get them for special gifts or fro a one time buy! Great place tho in a nice little Court yard area with restaurants surrounding it, so could have a bite to eat to if you wanted to! More...

I came here for a Lymphatic Drainage massage, I used to come here every week but moved away with work. One of the best places to have this type of massage and Neal's Yard itself is one of the most picturesque places in London . Well worth a visit !

Callejón precioso. No te esperas ese rincón cuando llegas a el. Si tienes suerte y no hay mucha gente en ese momento puedes tomarte buenas fotos, pero lamentablemente es un lugar muy conocido y cada vez más gente se acerca hasta allí.

Francamente, non ho trovato il negozio di cosmesi di cui parla Maps, bensì questa celebre via che porta ad un claustro coloratissimo (sul quale molti fotografi hanno speculato oltre i reali meriti, un po' com'è accaduto con altre parti famose del mondo, tra cui la stessa Notting Hill) comunque godibile da vedere soprattutto quando l'area è illuminata a giorno.
