They installed an air source heat pump for me and were happy to renew all the radiators to make sure the job went smoothly. I asked for one relatively new radiator to be retained, it was leaking but I was assured that they would sort it out. But they did not. After five months of a leaking system, they now want me to pay for a new radiator. So I would not recommend them, or at least I would recommend costomers refrain from paying for their systems in full until all issues are resolved to their satisfaction. Neil and the rest of the guys were all very friendly and reliable throughout the process of fitting our new air source heat pump. They arrived when they said they would, did the work extremely quickly and efficiently. We are planning on having solar panels fitted later in the year and the team made such a good impression that we won't be bothering to get a quote from anyone else. Thanks again More...

We would highly recommend NBEC Electrical Contractors (in fact we have already passed on their number to some of our friends). Everybody we came into contact with there was very helpful and professional. There was no pressure at any time to have any work done or buy anything extra (unlike some of the other companies who came round to quote!).
