Great food and pretty spicy which I loved. High class ingredients with an Indian twist. Also had exceptions naan and roti, probably the best thing they have!

A special 'Indian' restaurant. Restrained menu focusing on specials. Great care taken on dishes. Pricey.

Simply put, this is an award winning Michelin star restaurant. I experienced a culinary dream that words cannot even describe. I will not forget this experience.

The best Indian food I've ever had the delight to consume. Each dish has a depth of flavour that I did not know the human pallet was capable of. The meats are all exceptionally delicate and flavoured with precise balance. Although the environment is no frills, this is an instant favourite to which I shall return again and again. More...

Navadhanya ia the best Indian Restaurant we have ever been to. It truly deserves the Michelin Star rating, indeed. I organized a surprise birthday meal for my husband inviting friends, and it exceeded my expectations. The service was fantastic throughout. There are no words for the food. Excellent would be an understatement. We were presented with a 9-course-meal and when you think "wow, that was fantastic", you get hit by another high with the next course! The whole experience was an absolute unforgettable, outstanding event! To the foodies who love Indian Food - Navadhanya is NOTHING like you have ever tasted. It is not 'just' Indian food, it is pure INDIAN FINE DINING!!! To top it, meeting the chefs, especially Suresh, was a great delight and a true honour! More...

Fantastic, modern Indian cuisine. Pleasant, fresh environment. Very good, attentive service. But expensive! Expect to pay £40 or more for a starter, main, side and couple of pints. Ask for the off-menu "combo" starter of a king prawn, piece of spiced chicken and a small lamb chop with some very tasty sauces. Delicious! More...

My goodness! Food is astonishing. Lively flavours and highly executed. Tasting menu was balanced, fragrant and delicious. Priced for special occasions rather than a cheeky curry, this place didn't put a foot wrong. Will be back.

The restaurant is small and well lit. Pretty plain for an Indian restaurant, white walls, dark wood floor. I guess that made it feel classy
The booking system was fine however, the information communicated during the booking was not passed on. This seemed to have caused some issues with other tables
The starters were without question some of the best Indian food I've had. Vibrant colours and flavours. Perfect.
The mains would have stood out as excellent in almost any restaurant but could not compete with the started. We ordered the entire vegetarian menu.
The real downside was the service. Malaise, confusion and annoyance were the overriding themes. It was a shame as it detracted from the food a bit. Still, those starters...

Fine Dining Indian Food. Amazing service, probably the best I've had in an Indian restaurant. The menus didn't specify whether they had vegan dishes but the waitress knew what was and what was good. She wasn't wrong, very good food. It was a bit pricey and it was a very long wait. It was busy though. I'd go again. More...

This is the best Indian restaurant I have eaten in for 10 years. Get there quickly before it goes to upmarket. The service is relaxed maybe to relaxed for some. The place from the outside and the initial impression inside, is low key. (Free parking opposite if you get there at 630) The food is fantastic. Layered taste up to 5 in the mouth then up to 3 more after swallowing the food. Genius skills displayed for the foodie in all of us. The chilly heat is low to moderate (kids will love it. Well my kids will love it). The food plays with spices more than heat. If you are used to eating good Indian food say in Manchester or parts of Birmingham or Michelin stared Indian in London then this place is for you. Dress casual. My wife and I will start taking our friends and looking for excuses to go. Enjoy. I am 60 years old and eat at Michelin starred restaurants about 5 times a year. More...

Best Indian Restaurant in Cambridge. Every dish tried had its own unique twist - a delicious take on your typical fayre. Excellent service and friendly staff. The dishes are a little more expensive than other indian restaurants but definitely worth it. You will not regret it. More...

Best Indian food in Cambridge by far. Prawn starter was amazing and so juicy and the lamb shank main was to die for. Not to mention the chocolate brownie pudding which tasted of carrot and coriander.

Had a 7 course tasting menu here and it was excellent. £40 plus £30 for the wine flight, I think, and all dishes were very good.
Arrive hungry though! The main dish was a delicious lamb curry with rice and naan bread, and was filling in its own right but arrived after 5 previous courses! Loved it though.
People queuing out the door showed it's popular, I'd recommend booking. Only one other table had the tasting menu that I could tell, but a la carte options looked very good as well. Oh, and the wines went with the food, including a very interesting Indian one.
I'll be heading back.

Felt a bit rushed by the staff as we booked a table at the last minute. The food was beautifully presented, very tasty but a bit too rich and heavy for my palate. Overall professional service and polite staff quite pricey. Would recommend this restaurant to be tried on special occasions. More...

Modern fine dining Indian, I didn't really know what that meant, but now I know!
We had the 7 course meal with the matching flight of wines, and seriously that was an amazing meal.
Service was perfect, the food was amazing, and the wines paired perfectly.
Highly recommended.
