I personally would avoid this company. Paying £150 an hour for a trainee solicitor is not right.
Also paying into my account £500 for a barrister to look at my case to go to court and then months later to be told that the money had been spent on emails to myself about sorting the barrister out.
Then to be told that it wasn't needed in another trainee solicitors opinion. Then asked to pay another £500 for a barrister to look at the case. Achieved nothing in over 1.5 years and wasted my money on bad advice. They then have the audacity to try and charge me £200 for a form to be posted for me. I'll post it myself thanks.
No integrity within the company and weeks to reply to any emails if they replied at all.

Had representatives come to my house telling us that there would only be a 25% charge if the claim was won. So we got paper work through with additional charges which had been disclosed in paper work we signed and sent back. How ever we are guilty of not reading additional charges at the time. How ever when I rang to say the representatives sold the business/claim to us on the information it was only a 25% charge I was told they where at fault and any mis-leading was between us and them. I would of thought there would be more of a professional partnership between them and the solicitors. I feel I have been mis-informed and any chasing up I have to do myself. Very dissatisfied.
