Dr. Carol is very professional acupuncturist , who supports me before my pregnancy to the first few months of my pregnancy , she improved my overall health condition a lot, gave me lots of advice on my diet , on how to improve my fertility , she is very professional and caring, can't thank enough for her support .

I started seeing Carol in June of this year as I was struggling to become pregnant. We had been advised by medical staff that I would need to have IVF, but as I did not qualify for this on the NHS, we were at a complete loss. I thought my chances of becoming a mum were zero! We were recommended acupuncture and started to research clinics close to us. We came across Natural Health Clinic and I sent a message to Carol. We started treatment immediately in June, attending weekly sessions and continuing to take the herbal medicine prescribed. By the end of August, only after 2 cycles, I became pregnant. I continued to see Carol through my first trimester and continued to follow her advice. My husband and I are so very grateful to Carol. I had a very good experience. I approached Dr Li to help me get pregnant as my husband and I were trying for almost 3 years. She was very understanding and easy to talk to. I started treatment and immediately felt positive effect feeling better and stress free. I made the decision to try ivf but I continued my acupuncture therapy with Dr Li, which contributed to the success of the treatment and now we are expecting our baby. I have endured many work (and sport) related injuries over the years but nothing like this time! After over a year of pain caused by a classic L5 S1 herniated disc (Slipped disc) confirmed by MR1 scan, I had a nerve root block procedure performed in hospital. This gave temporary relief but the pain returned worse than ever a few weeks later. I was suffering so badly I could hardly walk more than a few steps and the pain was unbearable. I had read that Traditional Chinese Medicine and acupuncture could help this type of injury but not liking the thought of needles being used, I had dismissed it. However, with the amount of pain I was suffering I decided that I must try the treatment. I contacted Dr. Li at the clinic and after explaining my problem and how bad it was, she made a next day appointment for me to attend. The experience was nothing like I had expected. After asking for full details of my condition Dr. Carol administered my first acupuncture treatment, followed by a session of acupressure. The procedure was virtually painless and I can honestly say, quite relaxing. I was told not to expect too much after one session. I had two treatments a week for the first few weeks during which my pain was reduced considerably. I continued with the treatment and now some 10 weeks later I am completely pain free and fully mobile. This was the transformation I had hoped for but did not really expect. Life is good again. I can only thank Carol and her colleagues sincerely for the help they have given me and I would recommend her services to anybody. While attending the clinic I have spoken with other very satisfied patients who were overcoming their problems due to the expertise of Dr. Li.
