Rang Tom about my daughter's 7mth german shepherd Ruby, her aggression towards dogs had escalated to people outside and her family inside the home even the 4 young children, after ringing absolutely everywhere for help and advice and them all saying the same thing"she needs to be put to sleep" one man gave us Tom's number.he offered to see Ruby yesterday,I admit we didn't hold out much hope and honestly thought ruby's fate had been sealed. OMG this man is amazing, within 2minutes he had her walking beautifully on a lead,no barking, growling or trying to bite him or anyone else.,his wife also is brilliant, they explained everything to us,showed how to do proper correction.Been back today to the puppy class, ruby again showed no aggression towards any dog or any people. Yes it's going to take on going training but to see such a transformation in such a short time is amazing. We can not thank Tom and Louise enough, they have litterally saved a dogs life!!!

Contacted Tom because we were having problems with our 5 month old german Shepherd we had been to another puppy class after 4 weeks we were asked not to bring him back as he needed a dog behaviourist spoke to Tom he suggested their puppy classes and told me he could sort out the issues in 5 minutes he was wrong he did it in less than a minute if I hadn’t seen it with my own eyes I wouldn’t have believed it. The man is a genius with dogs I would highly recommended then to anyone we’ve been to 3 sessions and the difference in Kaiser is amazing, we didn’t need a behaviourist just somebody who understands dogs that’s Tom and Louise.

I had been having problems with my little Staffie Rex, he is dog aggressive and had now become more anxious around people. Since attending the National Dog Training Centre the change in his behaviour and attitude is improving more and more with each visit. He is already so much more relaxed and so am I.
Louise and Tom are so welcoming, they make you feel at ease from the minute you arrive. They have filled me with confidence and have and given me the belief back in Rex.
We both can't wait for next week!

Duke is an 11 month old male GSD very intelligent but stubborn. I was advised and supported on bringing out the best in Duke but controlling him from day one. It's an on going process as he challenges me but with the help of Louise and Tom I am becoming more confident . The best decision was contacting them for help and the weekly classes for socialisatio and working with Duke are well attended and challenge us at the right level. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend for any dog owner to attend abd build a better relationship with their dog and learn to work together. Thanks for the continued advise . Barb and Duke

Amazing we have a 14 month old that bites everyone my wife included. After 20 mins here today we have a new dog, looks the same but I think they removed my dogs temperament and replaced it with a good one. Can't wait to go back next week. Most definitely recommend here.

Training provided by Louise was excellent, clearly explained and worthed every single penny! My dog comes from a rescue centre and even thought he's lovely with people, he showed some rage towards the other dogs during our daily walks, that's why we decided to look for professional help, and I'm glad we did so.

Quick update after a couple of weeks and excercise: he's doing great! He's now walking at my heel and I'm not worried as I was before that he could fight with other people's dogs. I feel to recommend their service to everyone who has a dog. Don't think about it like a cost but take it like part of your commitment as a dog owner. Thanks again from me and Thiago

we have an 8 month german shepherd puppy who we needed help with training. Louise who came out for a 1-2-1 was both knowledgeable and professional. She quickly ascertained what Duke needed and showed me some excellent training tips demonstrating them to me. We have seen a marked improvement in Dukes behaviour and are looking forward to Louise's next visit. I can't thank her enough we are now beginning to have some quality time with Duke .I would highly recommend this dog training centre.

I would 100 % recommend these to anyone, we went to a pervious trainer who said my pup (7 Months old) was dangerous and would potentially need to be put to sleep! after this we went to these guys for some help and support. Not only is my dog NOT dangerous he is only a baby he is just nervous around new people. This is only our second week training with these and the improvement in our pup is massive. He is starting to gain more confidence around new people and is also learning new tricks (which is a bonus). We are looking forward to seeing further progress in the next couple weeks/months . Can not thanks these enough

Not professional at all if you dare complain they try to shout abuse at you. The woman who run this facility is not altogether with it she will tell you her life story to make excuses. AVOID. All other reviews are posted by the co-owner Tom or his employees.

Our three year old Shitzu Oscar was great with other people and children but would continually bark at other dogs, so my wife would only take him out early morning for a walk, also when ever he had contact with our daughters Shitzu Jasper he went mad and try to attack him. We couldn't have them in the same house or near each other.

I phoned NDTC in Widnes ten days ago and they asked me to take him round the same day for a one to one which lasted one hour. After fifteen minutes with them in control of Oscar he stopped barking at the other dogs they had and for the remaining time they advised me how to control Oscar.

For the last nine days we have followed that advice and he stopped barking at other dogs during his walk, but more important our daughter went away this weekend and Jasper stayed with us, I am now looking at the pair of them fast asleep on the mat lying next to each other. We would never have believed it possible.

Would just like to say thank you, after over two years it is now a pleasure to take Oscar for a walk.

Absolutely fabulous. Rudi and I learn something new every week. He is much calmer and loves his walks now, no longer pulling and stressed. We feel much happier walking Rudi at any time of the day not just early morning or late at night. I can't say how good all the staff, especial Tom, have been really friendly, helpful and fun.

Just got back from our first class with our very loud 9 month old shorkie, Fletcher. Myself and my husband (and probably the other dog owners) thought we were in for a full hour of listening to Fletchers very high pitched barking! We were both astounded that within 20 minutes the barking was reduced significantly and by the end of the hour was almost non existent. Both trainers were brilliant. Approachable, friendly and very helpful. They have given us lots of great advice that we will follow at home. The other dog owners were very friendly too. All 3 of us look forward to returning next week!

"I have to admit that I was worried that we would not be able to have floss returned to us, her behaviour in the month before the training had been very worrying and I had started to believe that she would never be safe around other animals. I appreciate that we have only had her back for a day and a half, but the improvement in her behaviour is amazing to see. She now walks calmly "at heel" with no tension in the lead and still appears to be enjoying the walks!
