How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
We offer Private 1-on-1 Training Sessions, and Group Training (although classes are currently on hold as we look for a new space)
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
There is no secret.. its a lifestyle. A healthy desire to be healthy. Our body is our temple, it takes us everywhere we go. Its up to us to keep it healthy. A combination of healthy eating habits, consistent exercise, good sleep, and plenty of water.
What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people be the best they can be and feeling great about themselves.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was involved in fitness from an early age, and then as a lifeguard I began giving swim lessons. And after College I landed a job at New York Health & Racquet club as a Fitness Trainer. Then I was hired by American Leisure as an Assistant Manager and then Manager of my own Healthclub, and I was training a lot of the clientele. After that I branched out into my own business doing personal training and circuit training classes, and eventually Yoga Training.

On top of my background in fitness and Personal Training, I can also help keep you feeling good and stretched out with Yoga Training, and the ability to keep your fitness fun and diverse with Beach Volleyball, Tennis, Pickleball, Hiking, and Walking.

Yes, I can offer my services online or remotely. I can easily guide you through a workout that meets your needs, with focus on the results you want to achieve. I have also taught Yoga online virtually, and of course we can discuss diet and small little tweaks to get you on track to being healthy and feeling great.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I have been vaccinated and have worn a mask, and have also trained clients and held classes virtually.
