Came out to fix our main stopcock which was stuck and pouring out water. Very polite, professional, identified the issue quickly and resolved it without any fuss. Had to isolate the water to the house, drain and replace the main stopcock. Total time to resolve the issue about half an hour, mainly due to finding the main valve which was up the road! Top guy. Have used Neil before for a tank repair and so we asked him if he'd fit our new bathroom suite for us. Arranged to carry out the work promptly. Turned up and carried out the work exactly as described and within the timeframe he'd given us. We hit a few stumbling blocks on the way due to unforeseen issues however he helped us work through them professionally to finalise the job. Also a very fair price overall. We had a dripping hot water pipe, Neil was able to fit us in the day after we called and turned up when he'd arranged. He kept us informed of what he was doing and was very neat, helping to move furniture, putting down dust sheets, and clearing up after himself. The job itself involved replacing a section of corroded pipe and this has worked well, he checked that the solder joints were watertight and that we were back with working hot and cold water before he packed up.
