Contrary to the advertising by MySpaCover, its spa cover is NOT "long lasting," is NOT "high quality," and is NOT "well made. " Instead, it is poorly manufactured, of poor quality, and is very poorly made. I ordered the top quality product advertised but the stitching on my spa cover failed in numerous places due to serious defects in the manufacturing process. Although advertised to last 5 years (with a five year warranty which the company refuses to honor), the spa cover I bought lasted only THREE years and several months. When I sent the company photos of the numerous defects, the manufacturer refused to provide a replacement or even a partial refund, claiming "normal wear and tear." Since this flimsy product cannot survive "normal wear and tear," you should not buy from this company, which refuses honor its warranty and makes a mockery of the public by its continued blatantly false advertising.

If I could leave a 0 rating I would. This company is a joke, customer service beyond horrible. I ordered my cover 10 months ago and one side is already absorbing water making it deformed. (photos attached) I sent in a warranty request and it was rejected. I called and spoke with Lorraine and she promised they would “look” at the pictures again. It has been a month with no follow up. I was not looking for a new cover just send me the core on one side. Sounds like a reasonable request and the cost on their side would be minimal, it is made of styrofoam. Cover started leaking water into inner zippered area few months after we received it . They replaced foam insert which was not the problem they said it was normal for water to come threw stitches . Top get heavy and we have to open zippered area to remove the water which also causes the top to mildew. More...

Stay away from this company I tried to give zero stars but you can't do that - - they do not guarantee your satisfaction and they do not stand behind their products. We recieved a damaged spa cover - it was clearly damanged during shipping - we sent pictures and tried to explain to them that the protective barrier was cracked and had a pin hole in it and they just kept saying it does not affect the cover- but when your checking it don't rip the plastic or your warranty is void!!!! They damaged the plastic and the foam when the y put a forklift blade through the box. STAY away from this comapny - not worth the $400.00 to get a damaged product. I purchased a cover from myspacover, and within 6months :
The elastic in the handle is stretched out, plus the vinyl is cracking. Also the vinyl is splitting it the center fold.
And vinyl has split apart at stitching where top meets the skirt. I sent pictures to customer service & they are blaming it on my lift.
My other cover used the same lift and and did not have these issues after 5 years. They must use defective vinyl... Do not buy here, find a better company..

so far not so good. been told after I knew it was custom to order I was told too late I signed an agreement but I didn't sign anything. Was for a rental property and still no cover delivered. Was also told when they checked they didn't have what I ordered in stock. It was your basic cover same as I have at home. Was told 3-4 weeks now 6 weeks in. OK give or take a week but 6 and I can't get an answer. After I asked on the 22nd they said " Your order is now at the end stage of production. We still have 3 days left before the due date. You will be receiving a separate email with the tracking information once it leaves the facility. " But they have been telling me that for weeks now. We will see how it gets delivered and if it fits because I'm waiting to hear " well you measured it" NO I didn't my professional pool guy did and would
know. Been servicing it for years.

This company has been a nightmare to deal with. The spa cover that they sent me was actually well measured and of decent quality albeit late. HOWEVER, the cover lifter that they sent me was literally a piece of garbage. It was missing hardware and that which it had did not fit rendering it useless. They refused to take it back unless I paid a very hefty shipping fee (almost 50% of the item cost). Once there was a dispute, they were rude and completely unhelpful. All I am going to say is wow....
First I made my order. MINUTES after i realized there confusion fold options threw me off, I called and spoke to a lady. She said oh no problem I will fix the issue here on my end, and it will be fine.
Second I paid for expedited shipping, 10 days, and up to 5 for shipping.
The cover came over 30 days about 18 days late. double what I was told. Then the cover comes the right dimensions BUT the cut was on the wrong fold. I called right away. And I get a few emails saying no we are right and you are wrong. SO they never changed my fold as I was told they would. Now the cover does nothing for me since its set in pavers. Cant open it the other way agains the house, the straps located on the wrong side. They did refund me my expediting fee lmao. But id rather have a cover that works..........
ps if i could give them 0 stars I WOULD.

I cannot believe this company can do business in this country. STAY AWAY, for your sanity sake, STAY AWAY!!!! The cover took an extra 6 weeks to come, it was torn and the wrong size. They said it would be free to replace if it wasn't torn, but since it was torn (not to mention the fact that they accused me of tearing and misusing it) they wanted to charge me money for it. Although I FINALLY spoke with two helpful operators, my spa cover has the worst customer service I have experienced online. As other reviewers have mentioned, emailing, calling, calling again proved fruitless. After persistent calling, a month after ordering my spa cover and spa umbrella, I was assisted, and six weeks after ordering I received my spa cover, but without the spa umbrella. It is now almost 2 1/2 months later and after calling and emailing that they assured me that my umbrella is on its way. I would never do business with this company again. If you don't need your spa cover or accessories for months after your order, then no problem, but otherwise, stay clear! More...

Ordered the cover online via their website. I ordered the Deluxe Energy Saver in Sky Blue. Followed the directions, made the measurements. Love the light blue color and have had the cover over 15 months now and it still looks great and works well. A very disappointing experience. Ordered cover two months ago. It finally came in and it was 1-1/2" to large and lift cover bracket plates were put in the wrong place. Contacted them, sent pictures, measurements and a copy of the CAD drawing they provided when order was placed. They then came up with a different CAD drawing and blamed their mistake on us? Needless to say "myspacover" is making us eat the cost. Our only salvation will be to reach out to as many unsuspecting people as possible to warn of the pit falls in dealing with "my spa cover". They fail to provide the name of the delivery service with the PO reference number; the delivery service does not contact the customer to set up a delivery date and time as Myspacover customer service tells you they will. This was one of the worst customer experiences that I've had. I ordered my cover about 1.5 months ago and still don't have it. They contacted me on January 5th and told me that my cover was ready and was being shipped and that I would have it in 3-5 days. Now, close to 35 days later I still don't have it. I have demanded my money back and they keep stalling me and telling me to be patient. The problem was always because they changed shipping companies. I was finally provided with the shipping company information and told to contact them to find out where it was. I guess as a customer, it is my responsibility to track it down instead of them doing it for me. I was told on a Thurs. night that I would have a call by Monday to set up the delivery.
