And what we love most is that we can make such a positive impact on a family's life by providing a genuine and tailor-made service. We are not in this to make a quick nanny placement and then disappear. We do it because we truly care and for that reason, we go above and beyond in order to improve the way nannies and families work together.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Our founder's story:
I am Sarah, the founder and CEO of My Nannies. Having worked in the nanny industry for half a decade, both as an au pair as well as manager for an au pair and nanny agency, I got frustrated to see how most agencies nowadays work. I could not understand how modern technology is shaping and improving our lives but traditional nanny agencies work in the same way as they did 15 years ago.
I noticed that by working this way we as an industry miss out on good nanny candidates, waste time and are not able to offer the best service to families and nannies alike. So, I kept thinking of ways to improve the process and from there the idea of My Nannies grew.
I knew that modern technology will never be able to replace a trusting relationship that is crucial in order to find the best nannies for you. With that in mind, I only wanted to use innovation where it makes sense to do so. As a result, My Nannies, where we combine the best of two worlds, was founded.
I am convinced that our platform will make your nanny search simpler while saving you time.
