Exercising or keeping fit has never been my thing. However, after years of having a sedentary lifestyle, I finally decided i had to do something about it. Paul came highly recommended so I thought I’d give it a go. I was guided through the whole process and found myself looking forward to each session despite having to get up at the crack of dawn! I've been training with MyFitnessPro for 7 years and the service has been exceptional. When I started training I could barely lift weights, now I am deadlifting 90kg and maxing out leg press machines. Paul has really helped develop my fitness levels and strength and always incorporates exercises I enjoy. He has helped me with nutrition and I lost 20kg on his exercise and diet regime. He is a knowledgable person with good interpersonal skills and is always willing to listen and accommodate your training. I would highly recommend him. More...

Myfitnesspro gets you out of your comfort zone. I've always been active and into keeping my body moving but I'm lazy when it comes to challenging my body in different ways. Paul helped me to work on my weaknesses, he makes it fun and educates you along the way to help you to understand the importance of working on your weak spots. I've taken so much away from my training with Paul and can now apply it to when I train by myself. You can train in so many different places with my fitnesspro - park, warehouse gym space or, the comfort of your own home. Nicole makes each session enjoyable, challenging, full of variety with some amusing surprises thrown in . Never thought I would say I enjoy doing exercise – and certainly never thought would end up doing Bootcamp!!!! But I must say, it’s the best thing ever. Nicole is my personal trainer and is Amazing !
I thoroughly enjoy my sessions and can’t wait for the next.
No two sessions are the same so you never get bored, she listens to the individual needs of her clients and adjusts workouts accordingly.
She is incredibly supportive ,knowledgeable about the human body how it works and as women how hormones, pre and post pregnancy affect our body and our shape.
Nicole puts in a lot of hard work and if you in turn Work hard you will see results and achieve your goals .

With three small children and a full-time research post, it’s hard to find an exercise regimen that I can stick to and that fits with my other commitments...at least it was until I found Nicole! With three Bootcamp sessions to choose from each week and the option of doing 1-1 sessions at a time that suits me, I really have no excuse! No matter how much I think I would prefer to stay in my pyjamas/ on the sofa, I always feel better for the workout. Training outdoors with a great group of welcoming women and a trainer who really cares about her clients is energising, often hilarious, and always good for the soul. Thank you, Nic! More...

Spending almost 10 hours a day sitting at a desk meant I had continual back issues . After a recommendation from a friend I started training with Paul who quickly identified a weak core was to blame focussing my training on these weaker areas , my general fitness and wellbeing has improved immeasurably since. I am 46 years old and got in touch with MyFitnesspro prior to having major surgery (hysterectomy). I wanted to be able to get my fitness back after 4 months off work. I did not want to feel ill anymore or to become middle aged. I have young children and a very demanding job (secondary teaching) so I need to be on top of my game.I ended up training for 3 weeks before the op which quickly had an impact and certainly aided my recovery time.I got back in touch after 6 months with an expectation that I would be getting back to fitness. Now 2 months into the training twice a week, my attitude has completely changed. I feel fitter and stronger than I have felt since my 20s. My body shape has changed but so has my attitude to training and myself. I have more confidence and a much better body image. I know I look strong and therefore I can wear what I want without being self-conscious. Some of my friends and colleagues think I am crazy and say that they could not possible afford it. My answer is that I can’t afford not to! I am a better partner, mother and teacher.Paul is calm, honest and creative with a good sense of humour. I really enjoy the fact that I do not have to think about it, I just have to do the work. He comes to train me at work after school has finished and that means that when I am home, I can just be with the family. I am pushed hard but never to the point that I do not enjoy it. I have been a MyFitnessPro Client for over 3 years. Throughout my weight loss journey, I have to contend with medical issues (as well as my moral lifestyle choices) that make weight loss extremely challenging. I have found my trainer to be very supportive and someone who is always equipped with excellent knowledge on not only nutrition and exercise but how to contend with other external factors in order to help you lose weight. What is fantastic about MyFitnessPro is how tech savvy and available my trainer is. This means that there is always a means of communication with a very quick response time. Any questions or issues I have are addressed and responded to within 24 hours, the service extends beyond the one hour training session, making MyFitnessPro a cut above the rest.The training sessions are designed to make you fitter through exercises that encompass Strength, endurance, HIIT and core work. Although the sessions are tough, my trainer always ensures we include activities that I enjoy (in my case that is boxing) so there is an element of fun in each session. Aside from the weight loss, I have noticed that when I attend other classes outside of my training sessions, my fitness level is very good which has improved my confidence massively. I have had taster sessions with other trainers, however, they pale in comparison to the effort, professionalism and results that comes with MyFitnessPro. More...

I needed to loose weight and get fit and learn how to maintain a healthy, active lifestyle for the rest of my life. I have now done several courses of personal training with Myfitnesspro over the last 2 and a half years. Living in South Woodford, it suits me down to the ground that it is a mobile training service, with no time wasted travelling to and from the gym, and in the convenience and comfort of my own home or garden if the weather allows. Training times are flexible and can fit into my lifestyle. Above all, I have been VERY happy with the workouts, and with a lot of nutritional help and support I have reached my goals and have managed to maintain my weight and fat loss. The workouts are brilliant; they are varied, challenging and never boring. I’ve have used personal trainers off and on for about 8 years with limited success. I’ve achieved more in 8 months since starting with myfitness pro than the rest of the 8 years put together. My training sessions are always well planned, varied, good fun, motivating, challenging and there is loads of different types of equipment available.
