How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Client and I must come together with a agreed upon realistic plan based on current lifestyle. I never ask a client to eat something they do not enjoy , rather we come up with alternatives !

There is no secret , it’s just putting in the work and giving it 110% .
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing people learn and grow and eventually graduate. Nothing better than seeing someone improve and grow over time !
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted all people regardless of economic status to be able to afford fitness training . I also wanted to be able to focus on the individual and not the money or making you quota like most big box gyms do .
Why should our clients choose you?
I’m 51 in great shape for my age bracket . I know what it’s like to train in my 20’s , 30’s and 40’s . I can help you have a quality life beyond your 40’s . Life experience has taught me a great deal ! Books are good but life experience in your field of profession can not be taught !
