Caroline produced my project in record time with a degree of professionalism, quality and attention to detail that is unheard of these days. Typically I use the commercial laser cutters provided by my university but they were closed for the holidays. In some ways I'm thankful they were because the cut quality was way better on her laser cutter giving my project the cleanest corners, edges and lines I have ever seen from a laser. My Station Design came to the rescue for me and I cant thank them enough. I decided to sign up for a trade show which gave me a week to prepare, for my cushion brand Plump & Fluff Ltd. As you can imagine this was a frantic rush situation. I email My Design Station who promptly replied and agreed to help with 2 signs. We worked out the artwork and getting them to me in time for the show. The correspondence was spot on from start to finish and when the signs were delivered, I actually cried with joy. I was very impressed with My Design Station when I used them recently to help me create a large laser cut model for my final project at university. I had no experience of making a large model from a number of laser cut elements so from the outset their guidance and support was invaluable. We communicated a number of times during the process and worked together to ensure I had the best solution for joining all the different elements together. I only had a short timeframe in which to make the model but My Design Station were very accommodating in turning the work around quickly and at a reasonable price too - what could have been a very stressful few days was made all the easier with their support! I worked with My Design Station to complete a building model at university. I have received a lot of coaching and assistance in terms of design, materials and model assembly. It was nice to see that they were so committed to having work done on time that they were working late evening hours to help. The team is very friendly, understanding and extremely accommodating even when I made last minute changes. I was blindly searching for a sign for my first craft fair.. I looked at so many options and luckily stumbled across my design station. I really enjoyed working with My Design station! I ordered my stand for essential oils and the end result was much more better than I expected!
