Thank you SO much for fitting us in this week! They offered us a cancellation when our walk ended in a dreaded fox-poo disaster. We were on holiday and it's always a risk, not knowing the area, but I needn't have worried. Fabulous cut, and brilliant customer service. I hate leaving the pooch anywhere new, but she came out looking and smelling great. The owner was full of local knowledge, we even got a great vegan pub recommendation out of it . We have just had our first visit with our Shih Tzu dog that we have adopted to to bereavement, the service is exceptional and friendly, we came away with a very happy dog.

I would highly recomend.I've been going to mutleys for over 9 years with my dogs and have never had a problem.couldn't ask for a better service and staff treat the animals brilliantly,they are not forced to stand up like a lot of places do.

We’ve recently re-homed a toy poodle - Pixie. She was in need of a good groom. Having only been with us for two weeks I was anxious about leaving her but the lovely ladies were very caring and looked after her well. When I came back to collect she looked like a different dog. I knew she was going to look better but she looked really amazing. They had done a really good job and she smelled great too with softer feeling fur to stroke. I took my gorgeous fur baby, Olly to Christina for the first time today and he looks adorable. He's a 7 month old Bichon Frise and I was amazed at how calm he was when I collected him, because being groomed isn't usually his favourite thing, but he seemed very comfortable with Christina and she's done an excellent job with him, thank you!

We were very pleased with our lab cross Bear's groom. He had a bath, blow dry, his ears cleaned and his nails trimmed by the lovely Danielle and came home looking even more handsome than usual and smelling gorgeous! We were worried about leaving him at first as he can be a nervous boy, but the staff were very friendly and professional and we felt at ease we were leaving him in good hands. Pictures and a video we're taken and he looked so happy and that he was enjoying his pamper! We will definitely be bringing Bear back for a quarterly pamper session xx More...

I have a 40KG German Shepherd who likes to think he can shrink away and hide in corners from strange people. The last place I tried right around the corner from where I live caused him a great deal of upset and even ended up accidentally burning him so I wasn't going to chance taking him there again, which meant researching surrounding areas and paying £20 in prescription travel sickness pills to get him to Mutley Makeovers. He has a very nervous disposition but the ladies here were patient and coaxing when he tried to slink away from the grooming table and were able to groom him with minimal distress. Priced reasonable and he came out clean, and handsome again. They listened to my requests and allowed me to stay with him due to nerves at all the new surroundings, noises and dogs. Thanks for allowing me to stay, hopefully next time he can stay alone and not be too stressed. More...
