We teach aerobics, barre, strength and conditioning , weigh loss programs, core-balance-flexibility workouts and also our favorite power yoga!

Mina is INCREDIBLE. I have gained so much strength and my body has truly transformed into a body I’ve always wished for . It all seems so effortless because it’s so fun , and I’m never ready to leave when the hour is over . She changes it up to make it always interesting , and what I love most is how productive the workouts are. All of my muscle groups get worked at once , and it is incredibly efficient . I have tried many of the yoga studios and styles in town, but I prefer Muscle ON and the dynamic yoga-based classes there. I like the intensity of yoga - a workout stressing strength, flexibility and balance, and then complete relaxation. Owner/Yogi Mina is supportive and caring and very knowledgeable. Even after several years of practicing, I continue to learn something. I like that Muscle ON has different levels of classes, to allow students to continue to grow. Mina welcomes the well-practiced yogi and beginners and even people who must modify poses due to injuries or limitations. I can honestly say I have enjoyed every class that I have taken there. This is a gem . I have never been consistent with my exercise /Yoga regiment and do not consider myself an athletic person. The Muscle on is the first exercise routine that I have felt good about doing. The consistent routine with various levels of challenge, works beautifully for me. The amazing certified teacher Mina with yoga teaching styles keep me motivated to challenge myself to become a stronger me. She is patient, interacts with all ages (I’m a senior citizen), and with both men and women and customizes training to each person’s body, strengths, and weaknesses. They are many aspects that make my job fascinating!
The thing that I love the most, is that I am able to connect, inspire and navigate individuals daily, in the direction they want to go. It’s really rewarding to witness daily the transformation and see the happiness and confidence in their smile!

I was an athlete from a very young age, I was competing as early as 7 years old. I actually think I first run and then lwarnwd to walk ?
My dad was a professional athlete , competing all over Europe and bringing back home several metals.
I started raining individuals from very young age, when I attended the University for my MBA.
My first physical location of my business happened 5 years ago in Dallas. Until then I was training in both countries, Greece and USA , in private studios or at peoples space.

I have passion for fitness, fitness was my main focus since very young age.
I have more than 15 years experience in training people.
I am influenced from the European way of training, meaning train as an athlete, train smart, be aware of your body, get educated about it, use your own body with functional moves to create stamina, endurance, to gain all the fitness benefits.
I am proud of teaching also my most favorite power yoga, in a very creative way, more athletic than the typical one. It’s dimply fascinating to me!
