Building Survey Floor Plans
Floor plans can be supplied with levels of detail to suit your requirements – from walls, doors and windows for space planning, to a fully detailed data set including all 3D information (sill & head heights, stair riser and going details, door heights, ceiling heights, beam details etc.).

it’s important to remember that floor plans are essential to give an accurate representation of the building and this is backed up with elevations and cross sections presented as a scaled survey drawings.

Record drawings, also known as ‘As Fitted’, ‘As Installed’ or ‘As Built’ drawings, are a set of drawings commonly used within the construction industry.

As part of our CAD draughting services, we are able to provide a complete record drawing service for all M&E projects, no matter what size your project is.

We are able to provide you with record drawings in electronic format. To ease accessibility of your drawings, we provide them in our own interactive CD ROM based program which will typically include drawings in PDF format, DWG format and PLT format.

In cases where we are asked to provide record drawings for existing sites, we will usually carry out a survey of the site against the most recent set of drawings and produce an up to date set of record drawin

By using Autodesk Revit we are able to create pre-construction design data for diverse projects with the same family of software. As part of our BIM modeling service, we also create BIM or family data for Revit. This data encompasses physical and graphical elements as well as technical and manufacturer information for the element being modelled. This allows models to be changed quickly and easily within their range of parameters while also maintaining physical appearance and ‘model information’ within all areas automatically.
