Very poor communications on all business levels, appointment missed! NO CALLS RETURN despite leaving messages for missed opt. In house team one female member has a strong issue for working for certain genders! (apparently jealously issues told by the owner himself) This so called company has laughable office issues they need to keep in house and NOT bring out to their clients. Professional hell NO!! A joke to be honest trying to portray themselves as a professional company! More...

What do you love most about your job?
Admittedly it’s not the most glamorous of industries, but when you’re full of passion about what you do.
We love building relationships with clients and providing excellent service when they are in need. Nobody is ever “happy” about having a roof issue, but when we can resolve the problem and make the clients happy, it makes our job very rewarding.
There will always be roofs to repair and replace. And there’s tremendous satisfaction in providing a rock-solid product/service for the best possible value to our clients.
We love spotting the little details that most others overlook. We like knowing that we are ensuring people’s investments. Our attention to detail is one of the things that separates us from other roofing companies, not just on the roof but in the office as well.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We started our business because we were generally fed up with seeing either people being taking advantage of or being provided with a bad service; the casual unorganized set up of an average tradesman.

‘Because we believe you should only have to do a job once!’
