We have had to move flats 3 times in two and half years. We used Ben for the first move and was so impressed he's moved us twice more! I've just recently hired him to collect a lot of belongings out of a loft. Ben climbed up to the loft and didn't mind in the least bringing boxes, bags and even a large heavy coffee table down through the hatch to his van. We then went to various locations dropping the contents off and Ben very kindly gave me a lift to the last location, my flat! Ben always goes the extra mile with customer service, is extremely reliable, punctual and courteous. Nothing is too much trouble for him and anyone who works with him. Ben has helped me move house twice and provided a fantastic, friendly and efficient service both times. He makes the whole process stress free and even made light work of moving my belongings up and down multiple flights of stairs in an Edinburgh tenement.
