I contacted Mrs Mc’s to make my mother’s 60th birthday cake. The service was incredible from start to finish! A speedy initial response, an in depth discussion about how the cake should be designed - with many creative ideas from this kind lady, progress reports and the end result produced on time. The whole process was very smooth and enjoyable. The sugar craft is truly exceptional and the cake itself tasted delicious. AMAZING. Sue did a fantastic job with our wedding cake. It looked and tasted great! Everyone commented on how good it was. At the initial meeting, we showed Sue the look we were going for, although we wanted an extra tier and after a few mini tasters, we knew Sue would be the one to make our cake. The cake looked better than we could have expected and I know it look a lot of time and effort, particularly making the copper-effect eucalyptus leaves. We were lucky enough to have 2 delightful cakes from Mrs Mc's - a roller boot cake with chocolate inside and a unicorn rainbow cake with 6 different coloured layers inside. What can I say apart from I was blown away with just how blinking fantastic they both looked and how divine both tasted. Sue made this cake for my sons' joint christening. I'd seen a picture online of one I liked and together we agreed on a few design tweaks to make it exactly how I wanted. What Sue created was even better than I'd imagined, we had tons of compliments on the day and people asking who had made it. To make it even more amazing, Sue had made the whole thing dairy free so that my 2 year old who has a milk allergy could enjoy it too. He was SO happy, it made my day . The sponge was soo delicious and is still moist three days after it was made. Nobody would have guessed it didn't contain any dairy! Sue created the cake for my daughter Louise with the 21 bunnies on as it was her 21st birthday, I have seen many pictures of cakes she has made on Facebook and thought are they really that good.
