What can I say , such a nice Bloke and knows his stuff , 100% honest and trustworthy - If in the NE I don't think you will find better ! !!Had an issue with an intermittent dish/lnb ,had other companies with rave reviews promise 1 hour visits etc - don't trust them , do some research and check their newest reviews , was almost caught out by one that had been on Esther Rantzens House trap . Rang Dan on Thursday to talk about my Sky TV as I had to get an independent engineer out due to where I lived. Dan gave me a ring on Saturday morning to say he was coming as planned. Contacted Dan in the evening and had a prompt response by email. Spoke the following morning, describing issues..He gave me a guide as to pricing and arranged to come the following day as I was out. Just used Aerial World for the first time this weekend. Rang at 2pm on Friday to seek advice about our aerial. Dan said he would try and be with us by 6pm. Just before 6 he telephoned to say he had been delayed with another job which was completely understandable as we had called at such short notice, but he said he could make 8am the following morning as he knew we had no reception at all. He was early and started the job at 8.00. After accessing the situation he gave us the price of 3 aerials and the advantages and the disadvantages of each. We did not feel presurised at all when we made our choice. The work was completed professionally and promptly and we are very satisfied with the work and of course the excellent reception we now have on our TV.
