Ben and Jay were professional, friendly, and helpful. We were on a property chain and moving the old house into storage, and then the storage stuff into a new house the following Saturday. Ben was easy to contact and available at short notice, and took the task on in his stride (they even moved our piano very smoothly!) He was also very good when advising us on the Big Yellow's storage system, as we are first time users. They packed the van tightly and cleverly, and got everything done in two trips on both moves. By far the best moving company we have ever used, and will definitely be using them again (though hopefully we won't have to move anytime soon...) More...

We hired Ben to move a load of our stuff out of storage and into our new home. He and his team are professional, approachable and reliable, tackling the job with care, yet swiftness. We were so pleased with the job he did for us, so we hired him again for the final move into our new home. All challenges (and there were a few) were met positively and calmly with no sense of unwillingness. These guys saves us a lot of stress when we hired them for quite a complicated move a few weeks ago. With the addresses being 100 miles apart and with furniture that needed to be moved back to London, I had thought it needed to be done over a few days but Ben assured me they could do it in a day. On the day of the move they were right on time and proceeded to load our furniture with great care but efficiency. Within the hour they had finished loading and left for the Midlands and were there within two hours. The offloaded and headed back to London with the furniture we wanted to bring back to the London flat. I was very impressed by this outfit.  I was looking to move the contents of my flat from Raynes Park to Weston Super Mare.   I called in with the list of my furniture items and was given a price, which I found to be reasonable, so I booked instantly.  On the day the guys turned up well before time and started loading and worked a lot quicker than I was expecting. I then hitched a ride with them - which saved me the train fare - and they assembled my bed at my new address. Five stars from me. More...
