Really happy with the service received by Amir. Initially I wanted to change my boiler but after our conversation he wanted to check whether he could save my old boiler. Unfortunately it was too old to be fixed and would not be cost effective in the long run. This was when Amir helped me, I told him what brand I would like and he has assisted me throughout the whole process of buying the boiler and what extra parts I needed. He is also Nest Engineer which was very handy as he has installed Nest for me too. The boiler arrived late during the day, thanks to Amir he has accepted my request and came to fix it despite the time. He has actually worked until 2am to get the boiler working. He did not leave until the hot water was on and radiators were back up running as my granddaughter was poorly. He was very dedicated and keen to help me despite the time of the hour. Amir was there for me when I needed him until the boiler arrived and fixed. He was very polite and helpful. The work is amazing all the boiler pipes fixed and painted it looks really neat.
