We had an excellent experience with our move. Nick and his team were great over the 2 days, took all the pressure off moving with 3 children. I was extremely happy with the service I received from Manchester Removals and Storage for my house move. In particular, my removal men Mike and John were really lovely, helping to make a stressful day a little bit less stressful. Moving house is a major life event at whatever stage of our lives. Akin to marriage, divorce, birth, loss, we have all had our share. Who would you want to help with that? After much research, I got Nick in.II was more than happy with my move. A three day job. First, packing. Next day, empty house and take stuff overnight into storage, done by noon. Third day, deliver to beautiful Kirkudbright, arrived bang on time, again noon. Why not trim that down? Two main reasons: first off, life is too short for packing and dashing. I need time to breathe in. Secondly, my companion of some 14 years, (Top Cat) and I both felt we wanted the least disruption, what with a three to four hour onward journey to negotiate. From the outset, it was clear to me that Nick knew his business. His team at both ends were terrific. I mean courteous, professional, patient and all round good eggs.Me? I shall be 70 years of age next year. I'm no fool and I'm fussy. I am happy to lay money down if I feel it is going to pay off. If I judge it is a risk, I don't. Nick was very helpful when he did the quote, explaining that wardrobe boxes would be provided so I didn’t need to pack anything on a hanger. The quote was good value and included the beds being disassembled and reassembled as requested.The online digital signature system was quick to use and avoided posting documents.The movers arrived on time and were extremely polite and helpful. We moved my Mother with Moving Everywhere on Monday 29 July from Manchester to Wetherby.It was a good experience throughout and I am impressed will all the members of the company with whom I have had dealings. Moving Everywhere carried out all the packing on the Saturday. Every item was packed with care in quality materials and boxed. So far as I can see nothing was damaged. I would always use their packing service in the future. The 3 guys directly involved in the move were superb ambassadors for the company. They were pleasant and worked diligently. Nothing was too much trouble.The move was into a first floor apartment with no lift through fire doors. These lads were amazing went above and beyond to help me and my husband who is disabled move.Nothing was too much trouble. They were very polite and helpful, took wardrobes down and re built in the new house and all clothes were back on their rails I couldn’t believe it was even possible to have a house move go so smooth! These guys are fabulous. I had a few quotes from different companies and I chose this one because of its family run feel and the friendliness of the team. the 3 guys who did my move were outstanding. they were helpful, precise and courteous along with respectful for our property. one of them even helped us by plumbing our washing machine. it was Anton Nathan and Carl..( I think)The 2 gentleman I dealt with in the office as well were so helpful. Happy and friendly business and a pleasure to move house with. I changed my move date 3 times with no issues or incurring additional costs. Move was surveyed prior to quotation being provided. The two lads who moved me were excellent.They really looked after my furniture despite some of it being past it's best - put stuff exactly where I wanted it and both lads ever so polite. The whole team introduced themselves and shook hands means a lot in this day and age. Movingeverywhere have recently packed all my furniture and effects and put them into storage. I was very pleased with the service they provided from the original booking with Alan to Michael and his colleagues who did all the packing and arranged the move to storage. They carried out the work efficiently and with great care and made the whole process stress free. I had cheaper quotes but I decided to use MovingEverywhere based on the reviews I had read online and I am pleased I made that choice. I live on the 3rd floor of an apartment building which has no lift. The guys turned up exactly on time and set to work on dissembling my furniture to get it down the stairs.
