I've been coming to bootcamp for about 4 weeks and cannot recommend it enough, it's made me feel so much fitter, not to mention vissble results. Caz is amazing, she pushes you and is able to modify exercises based upon your abilities. I used to dread exercise but now look forward to coming to bootcamp, always have a laugh and go home feeling the burn and feeling good about myself not to mention 1000x more confident! More...

In 3 years of coming to boot camp I have gone from being a total couch potato to completing Tough Mudder , 4 half marathons and a full marathon! It's a brilliant laugh and I can't recommend it enough! More...

I joined Motiv8 3 years ago, I was really unfit, couldn't run at all, couldn't do a sit up or a press up but since I started I have managed 3 10k and a tough Mudder. I have lost loads of weight and never been fitter. It's hard work but it's meant to be, but we have loads of fun, have met new friends and Gav and his team are so motivational I really look forward to each session More...

Pacy differentiated sessions which meet the requirements of the beginner to the advanced. Gav and his team are encouraging and welcoming. Great bunch of people who attend a range of classes offered at a variety of times and days. Special events over the year including trips to the Scottish Highlands to climb Ben Nevis and to Ibiza for a week full of physical activity in a beautiful setting. Social opportunities arranged too. I joined 6 years ago and have lost 4 stone in weight and dropped 3 dress sizes..Gav never gave up on me and pushed me to come and try new things. I'll never forget that first session running round the lake and here i am 6 years on still training with the most amazing bunch of people ever... I joined about a year ago after years of trying (and failing) to consistently Motiv8 myself (see what I did there?) to get back in shape. Being x forces there's lots of meathead groups around that can put people off. This group are super friendly, a great mix of guys and girls with no egos. Gavin and the other trainers are superb and make sure you know you've had a workout. Lots of fun and lots of hard work to get you fit again. Best thing I've done since joining the forces. I've been attending the Bootcamp sessions for the past 3 years. I enjoy all of the sessions and every session is different so there are different challenges all of the time. All of the trainers are brilliant and are so encouraging as well as ensuring that I get the most out of the sessions. I would highly recommend Motiv8 to everyone, especially if you like variety in your exercise sessions - so come along and give it a go. In no time at all you'll be hooked!! More...

Amazing group sessions to accommodate all different levels of fitness.
Everyone is very encouraging and welcoming to new members. It's absolutely fantastic and you feel a part of the family.

Gavin and the instructors are fantastic, very helpful with members fitness development and they definitely make sure each session is never the same.

There are a range of other activities involved, yearly Ibiza trips, weekend trips to Scotland, day trips (kick boxing, sand dunes sprints ect) list is endless.

By far the best group I've join. Definitely recommend it to anyone. �

I have been coming to Motiv8 bootcamp for 2 years. It really has been one of the best decisions in my life to do something like this. Before I joined, I could barely run 200 meters! Now, over the two years, with the invaluable support, encouragement and belief from Gav and his first class Instructors, I have pushed myself to my limits and smashed them! Motiv8 is much more than just a class you attend once or twice a week, its a lifestyle. I have met some of the most amazing and resilient friends there who have inspired me to do the hardest thing - to challenge myself "getting comfortable with the uncomfortable" i believe it is (Dawn, 2017). For anyone who is thinking of taking something up like this, you have absolutely nothing to lose by giving a go but you stand to gain so much for trying it!! x x x More...

Great atmosphere and group encouragement. Far more beneficial and fun than the gym. Friendly and none judgemental. Great for beginners and above. Groups are split into beginners; intermediate; and advanced. The instructors are friendly and encouraging and the group have a good giggle and support each other.

Class times are variable including evenings (early and later), and weekends. Classes run from both Sale and Heaton Mersey.

Personal training options available for those with specific goals in mind.

Social events are regularly organised and optional. Special events such as hiking; training on sand dunes; and even trips abroad take place.

There are a variety of payment methods available to suit, including monthly subscription which means that you can go to any amount of classes you want; pay as you go; and purchase of a block number of classes.

The only one negative is that the guy who runs it supports Manchester City football team, but nevermind, it gives you something to tease him about.

The best bootcamp around...fact! I have been part of the Motiv8 team for 7 years now, managing to keep training through 1 pregnancy and still going strong through my second! Gav and the team of instructors are fantastic, always motivating, encouraging and supportive to help you achieve your fitness goals! They will happily adapt their sessions to suit individual needs and I honestly could not recommend Motiv8 highly enough to anyone and everyone. We do train hard but we have such a laugh, the people are fab and I have made some great friends over the years! Whether you want to train for a marathon or simply get yourself outdoors for a light jog, definitely come along and see how great it is for yourself! X More...

Brilliant Bootcamp sessions suited for all abilities from absolute beginners to marathon runners. Very encouraging and motivating instructors and the members are super friendly.

Even in the pouring rain it's great fun and definitely feels like an achievement after every class!

Joining Motiv8 bootcamp was the best thing to kick me into shape after being a lazy student for 4 years!

I was never an active person before joining bootcamp but Gav and the rest of the instructors have been so encouraging and really push you to your potential.

After joining Motiv8 I've took part in 10k runs, bootcamp day outs and Ibiza bootcamp. I have also made great friends. I'm always recommending Motiv8 bootcamp to everyone!

I joined Motiv8 Boot Camp over 4 years ago and it's one of the best thing I have done. It's a really effective way to get fit and you definitely get results. All the trainers are friendly and helpful to everyone's strengths and needs. Everyone is welcoming and friendly and you definitely have a good laugh as well as working hard. I have made some great friends at bootcamp. Motiv8 is now part of my routine and I can't imagine my life without it. I can't recommend it enough!

Motiv8 is the boot camp for you if you want to join the friendliest bunch of people around, to workout, challenge yourself and make good friends at the same time. We're a big family.

You won't find better instructors anywhere, they encourage you to be the best you that you can be, offering sessions for all levels.

I started going to Motiv8 boot camp about 5 years ago. I hate gyms (sooo boring) and I tried a few of the other bootcamps but either found the instructors weren't great or the group wasn't friendly. Completely the opposite with Gav and co.

I had sworn to myself that I would never do a another half marathon after doing the Great North Run a few (ahem!) years ago but with the encouragement and support of everyone at Motiv8 I've done a few halves and have now signed up for my first full marathon. Damn them!

But if you are hesitating just give it a try. I'm pretty sure you'll love it, get fitter and make some fab friends into the bargain.

Two and a half years ago I joined Motive8 boot camp, before joining the only excercise that I did was walking to and from my car and work, but with help and encouragement of Gav and his fantastic team of trainers in two weeks time I will be taking in my 5th marathon in the space 18 months!

For me boot camp is a community as well as a fitness class, since joining I have met loads of fantastic people and have been lucky enough to gain many friends for life. As well as scheduled classes Gav organises boot camp days out, weekend trips to Ibiza, Wales and Scotland and not to mention many drunken nights out in Manchester which are not to be missed.

To anyone looking to improve their fitness and social life I cannot recommend Motive8 boot camp enough, make that change and sign up today.
