I listen, then I provide safe, reasonable, actionable advice. First you need to have a plan; then you need to execute it.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

Get fit in the gym; lose weight in the kitchen. Exercise has numerous benefits, the least of which is weight loss. Focus on the many health benefits of exercise, not just your weight.

What do you love most about your job?

I love making a positive difference in people's lives. Every day, I get to make an impact.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I love working for myself. I like that there's no middleman between me and my clients.
