Yummy! Delicious! I wanted to try everything! The zucchini roll ups were to die for! Great wine pairings too! I highly recommend Chef Eli.

I can't believe I'm the first person to review Chef Eli.  Simply put, he's amazing!  He catered a client event for me in Knoxville (40 ppl), and not only was the food outstanding, but his service and professionalism made him extremely easy to work with.  He provided a selection of hors d'oeuvres and buffet-style mains, and helped with the wine selection, as well.  He held a tasting as part of the menu selection process, highlights included bacon-wrapped figs with blue cheese, spring rolls, Thai curry, and enchiladas.  Super nice and fun personality, he gave an overview of everything served at the event and offered to do a cooking demo, but the event didn't lend itself to this.  Hopefully there's a next time, I can't recommend him highly enough!
