What do you love most about your job?
I am overjoyed when people find work after I have helped them. I am passionate about helping people find employment.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The recruitment industry was becoming a numbers game - more about sales and impersonal online conversations. I wanted to be much more of a consultant that guided and helped people find work. I wanted to treat people like individuals rather than a number.
