How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
It is very important to have a healthy diet that is nutritious and well-balanced, combined with physical exercise or activities to help support good health and well-being. Eating healthy ensuring the right kind of foods such as high-quality proteins, carbohydrates, heart-healthy fats, vitamins, minerals and plenty of water helps maintain your body’s everyday functions while also promoting optimal body weight and can assist in disease prevention.
How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I help all my clients who require help with their fitness goals not just in body but in mind. I am a very experienced weight management practitioner and nutritionist along with over 20 years experience in health and fitness and personal training. My advice, guidance and support encourages people to recognise and understand the need for the healthy changes. I work with each individual client looking at their current eating habits and physical activities and create plans designed for each client's specific needs as everyone is different and what works for one may not work for another. My advice, guidance, support and techniques are real and they work giving the clients desired results. I work with my clients to help them achieve their goals no matter what they may be.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Hard work, the right guidance and support, the right amount of physical exercise/activities, support, mentoring and a healthy well balanced eating plan.
What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about my job is seeing the results that clients so desire. It is very rewarding when I can help my clients with their goals and work with them to achieve those goals. Seeing a client happy and in a better place with a better more positive mindset is one of the best rewards within this line of work. Seeing people develop their confidence, boosting self-esteem and living a happier healthier life.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My inspiration and aim has always been to help people in life, help them see that problems can be solved if they get the right kind of help and support. I have trained for many years to develop my own knowledge, skills and experience to help me be better equipped to help people from all walks of life no matter what their problem is. Seeing a person who had no confidence, or who feels all hope is lost and there is no way out and giving them the helping hand or the light at the end of the tunnel makes it all worth while. I believe we all have a purpose in life and my purpose I feel is to help others!
