I originally contacted Monster Cleaning because I wanted One Off (instead of End of Tenancy Cleaning). A friend of mine that was moving out soon told me I should do that in order to save some money. When I spoke with them a very friendly girl kindly explained to me that I would be far more content with the results if I booked the End of Tenancy. She explained to me that their One Off doesn’t guarantee a deep clean the property and may take more hours to achieve the needed results. Their Tenancy Services also have a 48-hour guarantee and for a 40£ more (than the One-Off) I would receive the proper cleaning that needs to be done in order to get my rental deposit back. I use one of their cleaners on a regular basis for 3 hours once a week and she helps me out a lot. Recently we decided to steam clean all the carpets, as we have a baby on the way and their carpet tech came next day and did all the rooms. When our son gave up the tenancy of a 5 bed house that he had shared with others, we decided to have the place deep cleaned professionally. No point in doing it ourselves and then be asked by the landlords to have it cleaned by a cleaning company. I can't recommend Dave and Monster Clean enough!!!  They did an amazing job. I have had other companies out before and he blows them away on quality. We walked through each area to identify any problem spots and he fixed each and every one of them. Super professional and you won't have to worry about a thing. My new puppy had an accident on the living room carpet, so I reached out to Monster Cleaning to get it cleaned. They stressed that they can't guarantee stain removal, but I figured anything was better than nothing and with the price they offered, it was worth the risk. The cleaner arrived at the time I had arranged and the polite gentleman introduced himself, explained what he was going to be done and again stressed that the stain might not come out. It's hard to find cleaners that are consistent, well priced and are easy to communicate with. I found the customer service on the phone easy to deal with, they call before they arrive to let you know when they will be there. They always take extra care when cleaning and even offer deals and discounts that come in handy. They also are more than happy to correct any mistake or misses and are always willing to try to make you a happy customer. We had a fantastic experience with this company. Our couch and carpet looked horrible thanks to our kids and dogs. We were thinking of completely replacing them, but after the cleaning they looked almost like new. The information provided for the cleaning was great.
