We offer 45 Minutes or hour long sessions that caters to this clientèle. Our fun, engaging and innovative training programs will ensure that people of all ages and sizes become more physically active without having to compromise other priorities. Mo’Fit has several customizable programs to choose from that match people’s needs and goals. Our most popular programs include Indoor/outdoor Boot camps and One on One Personal Training.
