Our company offers a supply and build moduar building service. Our target customers are those discerning people that dont want their house and garden decimated whilst getting their extension built. Also , by using our building model, the customer could be living in their new extension or annexe , much faster than with traditional build. Instead of waiting up to 20 weeks and maybe longer, they could be enjoying our modular building in under 8 weeks. Also , unlike traditional build, our contract price is fixed. There are no over runs due to bad weather , so the building gets finished on schedule, not weeks and sometimes months later.
Where there is reasonable access to the site via a side or rear entrance, we can build your extension traditionally with bricks and mortar if so preferred.
