I contacted Model My Party on Monday 15th July with a really short notice booking for the following day. I wanted the childrens fun run for a preschool leaving party. We used Model My Party for my daughter's fifth birthday party and found them to be an excellent service. They were at the venue and already assembled when we arrived. When there was an issue (it turned out to be the venue not the bouncy castle), the driver returned within fifteen minutes. They were prompt and efficient when tidying away, and always friendly. We hired the 12ft by 17ft pirate bouncy castle and I have to say I was very pleased with it. The guys delivered it nice and early and took it away on the evening and they were lovely friendly guys will be letting people know to use Model My Party in future Fantastic!

It won't let me add a new review so I'll add to my old one. Model my party were brilliant as always for my sons 5th birthday. The man setting up the bouncy slide was so polite and professional and always communicated when he'd be there. We had Charlotte doing face painting and she was amazing, somehow managing to get through all the kids in 2 hours with the most incredible designs. Thank you so much!

I've used Model My Party twice now. They are brilliant to deal with. Castles are very clean and very professionally set up. They put mats around them which makes life easier. Superhero set went down really well with our mainly 3 and 4 year old superheroes! Great selection of items, batmobile was a hit with the kids, especially to pose for a photo! Plenty of room on the bouncy castle and the boys enjoyed diving into the deep ballpit. Delivery man gave an excellent service, he arrived early in plenty of time but unfortunately we had trouble getting straight into our venue so he had his work cut out to get everything set up in 10 minutes - he worked so fast and managed it, so I am very grateful to him.
