Moda Scotland Ltd have been in business since 2009 and have evolved in that time to offer the following services

- architectural plans, we will act as your agent to obtain all necessary warrants required for your project
- architectural supervision , we will inspect and supervise the construction work and issue certification upon completion

- energy assessments, we are certified to advise on and produce energy calculations prior to construction and lodge certificates upon completion
- ventilation, we are approved to design, test and commission ventilation systems
- air tightness testing, we are certified to air tightness test all new domestic properties

we are small family company with 4 employees who have over 80 years of experience in the industry and hold the following memberships

- chartered institute of architectural technologists
- building standards approved certifier of design (Scottish Government)
- BPEC ( for ventilation)
- ATTMA ( for air tightness testing)
- BRE/ STROMA/ ELMHURST ( for energy assessment)
